In this temporary training role , you’ll step into the world of Strata Property Management and gradually grow into a fully licensed manager—while wearing many hats along the way : think relationship builder, project coordinator, financial navigator, legal compliance learner, and maintenance communicator extraordinaire.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Strata Property Manager Apprentice to join our fun, people-focused team. No prior strata experience? Not to worry. This role is designed exactly for that. We’ll train, mentor, and support you as you work toward your BC Strata Property Management License. Once you’re licensed and ready to spread your wings, you’ll transition out of the training phase and step into managing your own portfolio independently. Our goal is for you to be licensed within six months.

Your Day-to-Day Adventure

While taking your licensing course, you’ll :

Once licensed, your portfolio could include properties from Campbell River to Victoria, and you’ll step into a full‑fledged Property Manager role, overseeing meetings, budgets, maintenance, and building relationships.
