Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from internal and external customers via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues to provide repair support
- Record case details and actions taken in the Customer Relations Management System (CRM)
- Assist dealers with warranty processing and component failure analysis
- Provide general customer service functions, including order placement and pricing inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
- Familiarity with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
- Basic/Entry level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a related Outdoor Power Equipment service support position
- 2-year Technical Vocational degree in related engine technologies
- Experience in a contact center environment
