Senior Accountant – Part-Time (3-5 Days / Month)

Job Description :

Our TorontoJobs.ca Recruiting Division client, a food manufacturing company in North York , is seeking a Senior Accountant to support their team on a part-time basis (3-5 days per month). This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with month-end closing processes.

Prepare and post journal entries .

Perform bank reconciliations and other key account reconciliations .

Generate and analyze financial reports .

Collaborate with the CFO to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience , preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of month-end procedures, reconciliations, and financial reporting .

Experience working with an  accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking full-time employment.
