Job descriptionLocation : Montreal, QC (Hybrid) Role Overview , you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building scalable, high-performance systems that power our sustainability platform. You’ll define technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management to ensure delivery of robust, cloud-native solutions aligned with our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role Proven experience with microservices architecture , cloud-native applications, and distributed systems. Hands-on knowledge of GCP, Kubernetes, Pub / Sub , and modern DevOps practices. Familiarity with data engineering tools (Pandas, Polars, DuckDB) and CI / CD pipelines (Docker, CircleCI, Terraform).
