Role

Looking for a Structural Engineer with expertise in Static Linear‑NonLinear Analysis, Dynamic Modal‑Transient‑Random‑Harmonic Analysis and Fatigue Damage‑Life Estimation calculations to support Rolling Stock structural design. The engineer will be embedded with a cross‑functional team in St‑Bruno, delivering engineering reports and calculations aligned with North American rail standards and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Static, Dynamic and Fatigue structural calculations using Hypermesh for meshing and Optistruct for analysis.
• Prepare and release calculation reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer project‑specific methodology and rail standards.
• Align with customer engineering process & quality assurance requirements.
• Follow formal deliverable protocols and change control procedures.
• Support workload planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Provide weekly status reports and participate in team meetings.
