The Opportunity

• Manage relationships and projects with TPA/TPP partners including requests and contract implementation.
• Analyze partner needs negotiate solutions and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate audits validate processes and deliver training to partners.
• Oversee partner communications and respond to inquiries efficiently.
• Supervise team members set objectives and drive process improvements.
• Maintain and update internal procedures and tools to reflect partner differences.

• College or university degree in Business Administration is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and data analysis.
• Understanding of group insurance and related benefits.
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts independently.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build partner relationships.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills for complex requests.
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French.
• Adaptability to change and critical thinking to identify risks.
• Quick learner with strong understanding of internal processes and cross-department impacts.
• Experience in team management and motivating staff.
