Position Summary

Reporting to the Construction Supervisor, the Machine Operator / Labourer will be responsible for performing numerous tasks involving the operation of civil construction equipment. This includes operating a dump truck, mini excavator, tampers, rollers, quick-cut saws, and generators / pumps. As our construction needs vary, the ideal candidate will be able to support our directional boring crews while performing various duties such as splicing installed conduits, installing handwells, and completing restoration tasks.
