We are now hiring an Assistant General Manager for our newest location in Edmonton, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals in the hospitality industry.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational controls are followed while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
You will also play an integral role in training and developing unit management and hourly staff while helping create a positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities :
- Working hands-on with the team
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety
- Demonstrating a guest first approach always
- Hiring and training their staff
- Promoting their operation in the local market
- Coordinating in-store promotions
- Developing and meeting financial plans
Requirements :
- Previous supervisory experience in a QSR setting
- Passion for service and commitment to quality
- Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
- A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
- A proven record of training and developing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Drive thru experience is a must
