About Our Client

Our client is sourcing a Property Accountant for a 6-month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Support monthly financial close process for assigned assets.

Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.

Prepare reporting packages, variance analysis, and cash flow summaries.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.

Support tenant reconciliations and financial reporting.

Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

About You

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a real estate environment.

Experience working with an accounting / ERP system.

Strong Excel skills.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.

Bilingualism considered an asset.
