Taproom Support

Were looking for someone who is passionate self motivated and who will foster engaging experiences throughout our Hamilton spaces. As a Taproom Support team member you are a key ambassador of the Collective Arts this role we are looking for someone who can connect with guests in meaningful ways guide them through our innovative portfolio and create a welcoming environment that reflects our energy creativity and community spirit.

Schedule / Availability : Must be available evenings and weekends preferably on Saturdays. You will initially be working around 8-15 hours per week with the possibility for 30 hours per week during the summer season.

A typical shift as Taproom Support includes :

• Informing customers of the history of Collective Arts as well as the ethos of Art Brewing
• Greets and provides customers with information on all Collective Arts products
• Knowledgeable about the various ingredients flavors styles of beer and other beverages that Collective Arts produces
• Assist customers to make selections by building customers confidence; offering recommendations and suggestions
• Serving food to customers from our sandwich shop
• Maintain cleanliness levels throughout the space
• Assist with Brewery Tours when needed
• Other duties as assigned such as cleaning opening and closing
