Job description

Flint is looking for a seasoned mechanical planner with a trades background and SAP experience to join our operations team in Port Moody BC. This temporary role for six months is based on a client site and while local candidates are preferred we welcome all qualified applicants to apply. What would you be doing

  • Oversee all planning and execution deliverables for maintenance and outages.
  • Attend meetings review plans and schedules in advance and provide necessary input.
  • Estimate and develop comprehensive Workface Plans including equipment tools PPE and logistical support.
  • Assist with field activities as needed.
  • Brief the foreperson on planned work at the start of each shift.

  • Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in maintenance with a preference for industrial or construction backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Mechanical Piping systems focusing on longterm maintenance operations coordination and equipment management.
  • Certifications in CSTS Standard First Aid and WHMIS are advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of Workface Planning and skilled in using MS Office and SAP.
  • Ability to engage with upper management clients suppliers and vendors while effectively prioritizing and managing tasks in highpressure situations.
  • Additional Information :

    This position has been identified as a safetysensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
