Position Details :

Competitive Compensation :   Earn up to $55,000 (base) in your first year, plus an incredible 10% commission on every client's monthly profit for the initial year! With no commission cap, your earning potential is limitless plus 5% bonus pay.

Growth-Oriented Structure :   Progress to $60,000 (base) in your second year, plus an incredible 10% commission on every client's monthly profit for the initial year! With no commission cap, your earning potential is limitless plus 5% bonus pay.

Responsibilities :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule at least 8 meetings per week for further development and closure.
  • Develop sites post-sale, including onboarding, hiring, training, and scheduling staff, aiding in payroll, and timesheet management.
  • Report to the national director and consistently respond to the regional manager.
  • Ensure all staff arrive on-site, handling emergency work requests if necessary.
  • Send and ensure timely payment of all invoices.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Make at least 80 calls per day and meet set targets.
