Join the NVA Canada VT Practicum Program to gain real‑world experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. The program is designed for final‑year veterinary technician students and offers practicum periods ranging from 2 to 8 weeks that fit your schedule and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced veterinarians and Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) to develop clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, and radiology.
• Assist in patient care and routine clinical tasks under the supervision of veterinary staff.
• Engage with medical teams and clients to enhance communication skills.
