Description : WHO YOU ARE :
The Styling Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to :
- Support the styling team by coordinating all samples required for content, marketing, social, and E-commerce shoots.
- Receive, unpack, tag, and organize all incoming samples from Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories teams.
- Track, log, and maintain sample inventory to ensure all items are accounted for, in good condition, and ready for shoot preparation.
- Prepare looks for shoots, including steaming, pinning, organizing racks, labeling, and ensuring consistency with styling direction.
- Assist stylists on set by managing garment changes, keeping clothing in order, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the set runs smoothly.
- Pack and return samples promptly after shoots, coordinating returns with internal departments to maintain accurate inventory flow.
- Prepare and update paperwork such as sample lists, collection boards, ata carnets for travel shoots, etc.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to chase missing samples, confirm delivery timelines, and resolve sample-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining the styling closet, accessories, and footwear.
- Coordinate sample exchange with visual merchandising team.
- Support Stylists and the Styling Manager during major campaigns, launches, and high-volume periods.
- Perform other related tasks to support the styling team throughout the year.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
1-3+ years of experience in fashion coordination, styling support, visual merchandising, or a related role (E-commerce or retail environment is an asset).Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.Experience working with clothing samples, inventory flow, or product coordination.Ability to steam, prep, and handle garments with care and efficiency.Comfortable working on set in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.Post-secondary education in Fashion Styling, Fashion Communication, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (an asset).Available to work 5 days in the office per week in Laval.
