Plaza Auto Groups Hwy 11 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a full team of technicians and advisors while driving department growth efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the service department

• Oversee smooth operations across all areas including quality performance customer service and overall effectiveness

• Forecast goals and objectives for sales gross profit and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis

• Hire coach train and reward employees to achieve department objectives

• Work alongside service staff to train associates on dealership policies and procedures

• Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Perform other duties as assigned to support department success

Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience in PBS and electronic repair order systems

• Strong background in automotive customer service and service department operations

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
