Position Summary

Leads a team of supervisors and MH and Operators in the processing department. Has budget responsibility for their respective departments of responsibility.

What You'll Do as a Production Manager

Operational Excellence (35%)

• Leads the implementation of corporate safety and health programs to establish and ensure a safe working environment, including establishing accountability systems that improve compliance and safety results.
• Drives all continuous improvement processes at a shop-floor level, including lean operational culture, safety and safety improvement events, quality requirements. Fosters a culture that promotes continuous improvement of people and standard work, countermeasures.
• Supports facility capacity management process through active participation with site management team.
• Has budget responsibility for their respective departments of responsibility.

People Leadership (35%)

Customer Relationships (10%)

Delivering Results (20%)

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.

Pay range for this opportunity is $94,000 - $121,500. This position is eligible for bonus participation, with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your fiscal year compensation, subject to the Bonus Plan’s terms and conditions.
