Job descriptionLead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed Conduct room inspections to ensure that room standards are met to ensure guest satisfaction Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section Follow departmental policies and procedures Report necessary maintenance items Other duties assigned Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests Proactive with a meticulous eye for detail Able to convey information and ideas clearly Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and Guest Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision Working with a diverse and talented team of passionate individuals, in a luxury hotel environment A team dedicated to providing the best accommodation guest experience A team with outstanding attention to detail and is dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer service
