Senior Project Manager Demolition, Concrete & Specialty Projects

Were looking for a high performing Senior Project Manager to lead demolition concrete & specialty construction projects across the Maritimes. This role is ideal for someone from a specialty trade background (demolition concrete cutting/coring shotcrete hazardous material abatement environmental specialty civil etc) whos managed projects from the ground up and leads with clarity

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Own the execution of demolition concrete and specialty projects form kickoff to closeout
  
• Lead project planning resourcing and scheduling
  
• Manage communications with clients subcontractors and our field supervisors
  
• Monitor productivity costs timelines and solve problems before they escalate.
  
• Drive safety and compliance expectations
  
• Collaborate with field team to ensure clarity execution and accountability
  
• Estimate price and secure projects

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of construction experience (specialty trade or GC background)
  
• Proven experience managing demolition concrete or specialty trade projects
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods sequencing & safety
  
• Confident with scheduling & cost tracking
  
• Valid drivers license

Required Skills:

3 years of experience in demolition or related construction supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of selective and structural demolition processes. Proven leadership and crew management skills. Proficient with power tools small equipment and job site planning. Comfortable reading drawings and interpreting project scopes. Valid NB Class 5 Drivers License and reliable transportation. Availability to travel for out-of-town work and work night shifts. Excellent communication problem-solving and time management. Experience with abatement or environmental remediation is an asset.
