Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

Cycle Management : Execute the full procurement process, including demand analysis, purchase order issuance, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.

Strategic Collaboration : Partner closely with Sales and Operations departments to support accurate supply planning and demand forecasting.

Vendor Oversight : Evaluate and monitor individual supplier performance based on pricing consistency, service reliability, and lead time adherence.

Financial Tracking : Support the reporting of purchasing KPIs such as cost savings, inventory turnover, and volume consumption against the budget.

Compliance & Optimization : Stay informed on changes in trade regulations, HS codes, and tariff policies while maintaining procurement SOPs and internal workflows.

Qualifications

Proven Experience : 2–5 years of dedicated procurement or purchasing experience.

Technical Proficiency : Advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to analyze demand, pricing, and inventory data.

Global Trade Knowledge : Solid understanding of import / export procedures, customs documentation, and logistics management.

Core Competencies : Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict production timelines.
