We are currently seeking a Body Shop Helper to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position :

The Body Shop Helper is is responsible for dispatching work into the shop and ensuring work flow. Committing to weekly goals for body shop improvement and handling all of the intact parts orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, organized, reliable, flexible, and punctual. This person must also be comfortable working on multiple projects at once; this individual should not only enjoy challenging tasks but handle changing priorities as well.

Required Qualifications :

As a Body Shop Helper you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and the dealership teams in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated time of repair.

Candidates must possess :

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred
