What You Will Be Doing :

  • Safety First Always : Demonstrate safe environmentally sound and healthy work practices in support of our Health and Safety programs.
  • CustomerCentric Service : Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive expert technical support.
  • Repair with Precision : Perform timely repairs on Caterpillar diesel engines OEM truck and coach vehicles and other equipment.
  • Advanced Diagnostics : Use stateoftheart Caterpillar testing equipment to troubleshoot mechanical electrical and electronic issues.
  • Accurate Reporting : Complete detailed service reports and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceed Expectations : Deliver exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds customer needs every time.

    • What You Bring :

  • Education & Experience : You have a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License and a minimum of 3 years of handson experience.
  • Customer & Safety Focus : Youre dedicated to safety and delivering outstanding customer service and you have strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Expertise in Diagnostics : Your excellent diagnostic skills (mechanical electrical and electronic) and keen attention to detail make you stand out.
  • Selfmotivation & Integrity : You take initiative work independently and demonstrate high integrity in everything you do.
  • Tech Savvy : Strong computer skills are a must and knowledge of Caterpillar systems is a bonus.
  • Flexibility : You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
  • Valid Drivers License : A valid Ontario Drivers License is required.
