Responsibilities to Include :

• Review and assess current operational processes related to information management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline current operations and identify gaps in the information management system.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for transitioning employees onto the project, ensuring smooth integration and adaptation.
• Design a comprehensive strategy for the future state of information management, aligning with enterprise goals.
• Recommend best practices for onboarding and maintaining a sustainable information management system.
• Assess the existing IM architecture, providing insights and solutions to improve performance.
• Develop operational guidelines and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure IM solutions meet organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership in aligning new system designs with business needs and future state goals.
• Ensure compliance with government standards, policies, and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support on information management practices and systems.
