We are hiring a Mechatronics Engineer to dynamic engineering team. This role is to design, integrate, and maintain advanced automation and electromechanical systems that support the efficient, reliable, and high-quality production of Adamson’s professional audio products. This role ensures that manufacturing equipment, processes, and automated systems operate at peak performance, enabling continuous production flow, minimizing downtime, and driving innovation in how products are built. By combining expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, the Mechatronics Engineer enhances operational efficiency, supports new product introduction, and contributes directly to Adamson’s commitment to precision engineering, product excellence, and manufacturing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation, Controls & System Integration

• Design, program, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, servos, VFDs, and robotics.
• Integrate new production equipment, tools, and automation solutions into Adamson’s manufacturing environment.
• Develop electrical and control system schematics, user interfaces, and documentation.
• Conduct testing, validation, and commissioning of new equipment and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Production, and R&D on new product introduction (NPI) requirements.
