Job Title: Project Manager - Information Technology (Government client)
Location: Remote / Winnipeg, CT
Start Date: ASAP - Flexible Dec 2025 / Jan 2026
Duration: Initial 6 months, renewable up to 2 years
Hours: 7.25 hours/day, 36.25 hours/week
Security: A clean criminal record check is required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project teams, and consultants.
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
- Oversee procurement activities, contract management, and tendering processes.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Deliver regular project reporting and updates.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years managing IT projects.
- PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
- Experience with project lifecycles, planning, cost/schedule estimation, and business cases.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in the public sector.
