Closings Administrator
The Closings Administrator is responsible for collecting commissions from Co-brokers and Lawyers. This position reports directly to the Manager of the Payroll Department.
- Communicating with Branch Managers, Lawyers, Deal Administrators and Office Managers regarding mandatory paperwork and collection of commission.
- Follow-up for the balance of commission or confirmation of closing.
- Managing emails and answering phone calls.
- Receiving mail, courier bags from branches third parties and distributing items in an effective manner.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Accounts Receivable experience an asset
- Google Applications an asset
- Microsoft Office an asset
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
