This position is for the day shift with typical store hours between :

Monday - Friday - 7 AM to 5 PM

Saturday - 8 AM to 1 PM

Sunday - 10 AM to 4 PM

Bétonel / Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager . Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will use your talents to inspire others to achieve results. You will take on the challenge of running your own store, where you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for all aspects of store operations.

Retail Store Manager Main Responsibilities :

• Opening and closing the Bétonel / Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining Bétonel / Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel / Dulux standards.
