Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Development & Customization : Design, develop, and implement custom applications and features within the           Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Solutions Design : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable                 solutions  and efficient workflows.
  • Integration : Integrate Salesforce with other internal and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, data               platforms) using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Optimization : Conduct regular system maintenance, performance tuning, and data optimization to ensure efficient                   functionality and data integrity.
  • Data Management : Manage and maintain data quality, handle deduplication efforts, and oversee data migration projects.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting : Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support to resolve user       challenges.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, processes, custom code, and                   integration details.
  • Stay Updated : Keep up with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve the Salesforce               environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce as an engineer or developer.
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform tools, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and    SOQL.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs) and data migration.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI / CD processes for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA or Asana.
