Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 base

Account Manager Landscape Services

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys both winning new business and building long-term client partnerships? Were looking for an Account Manager Landscape Services to help grow and manage our lawn maintenance, gardening, and snow removal services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hunter-and-nurturer position, confident in closing deals while ensuring an excellent client experience year-round.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

Generate and qualify new leads

Conduct site visits and prepare proposals

Negotiate pricing and close service contracts

Contribute to annual sales targets

Account Management

Manage and renew an existing portfolio of clients

Promote service enhancements and additional offerings

Onboard new clients and maintain regular communication

Perform property inspections to ensure service standards are met

Collaboration

Work closely with operations, administration, and field teams

Track sales and client performance metrics to support planning and forecasting

Qualifications :

35 years of experience in landscaping, landscape sales, or account management

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Knowledge of landscape services and seasonal operations

Proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction

Valid G-class drivers licence and reliable personal transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation :

$65,000 $85,000 base salary + commission
