Dental Sterilization Flow Coordinator

Our boutique dental office is seeking a part-time Dental Sterilization Assistant / Patient Greeter and Office Flow Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include :

• Confirming appointments for the next week.
• Confirm next day appointments.
• Putting patients in their corresponding operatory / room.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.
• Setting up instrument trays.
• Assisting dentist and hygienists by cleaning rooms in between patients.
• Greeting patients, managing patient comfort and customer care representative.

Experience is preferred but not mandatory as we are willing to train the right person.

This position is for Tuesdays(9 : 00 am - 5 pm), and One Saturday a month (9-3pm) Must speak English and be versatile with social media platforms.
