Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Leads and manages the Sales team, including providing direction, motivation and training to achieve sales targets, business objectives and expand market share
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and explore new product lines
- Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Engineering and Quality, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives and processes
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand awareness
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of five years of experience in sales management, plus an additional five years in direct sales - preferably in the construction or building materials industryStrong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategiesExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales teamExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholdersResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growthProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareKnowledge of civil infrastructure, natural resources, forestry, industrial and / or mining is considered an assetJob Type : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : $90, - $, per year, plus bonus and benefits
