Job Requirements

• Past travel agency experience or a degree in Travel and Tourism from a recognized program.
• Very strong customer service and sales skills; able to communicate in an efficient, clear and friendly manner in person, telephone and email.
• Experience using a GDS system is an asset.
• Detail oriented and able to work well in a fast paced team environment.
