Browns's Plus Inc is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our concessions team at the Benson Centre and Civic Complex. As a Concession Stand Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering excellent customer service during events and weekend.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages (e.g., snacks, soft drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, beer, etc.)
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash / credit card transactions
• Restock items and monitor inventory levels during events
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the stand and equipment
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Assist with setup and breakdown of concession stand
• Work cooperatively with other team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned based on event needs
