Duties and Responsibilities

• Attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies through in-person meetings phone calls and video interviews.
• Developing a strong understanding of client companies including their industry operations and workplace culture.
• Using social media to advertise positions attract candidates and build relationships with both candidates and employers.
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be employed.
• Briefing candidates on responsibilities salary and benefits for open roles.
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to present suitable applicants to clients.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client leveraging in-person phone and video formats.
• Mentoring junior recruiters and contribuiting to the overall sucess of the team

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.
• Exceptional communication skills written and oral with experience engaging with candidates in person over the phone and via video.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent education.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of candidates through various recruitment stages.
• Strong attention to detail with a diligent and persistent work ethic.
• Superb organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.
