Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Production Team Member – OP 1 Corrugated / Foam Float
Operate Production Equipment
Efficiently run and monitor machinery in the corrugated and foam production areas.Unitize and Palletize Products
Secure and organize finished products at the end of the machine and prepare them for transport.Manage Scrap Material
Strip and remove scrap from foam sheets and boxes; operate a band saw; bale scrap material.Documentation
Create and apply tags (Amtech) to loads and complete necessary quality and production reports.Assist Operators
Provide support to machine operators and other team members to ensure smooth production.Foam Department Tasks
Assist with machine operation, product manipulation, and team-based assembly work in the foam department.Maintain Cleanliness and Safety
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Physical Labor
Perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing, both indoors and outdoors.Additional Duties
