About the Role
We're hiring our first Creative Director to define and elevate creative quality across brand, marketing, and key product-facing communications. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership. You'll evolve our brand, establish systems, and raise the bar to ensure creative output is strategic, compelling, and polished.
What You'll Do
- Define and evolve creative systems, including brand guidelines and documentation that teams can actually use
- Lead concept development for key initiatives, launches, and campaigns
- Review and critique work across disciplines, providing clear, actionable feedback grounded in craft and intent
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure creative decisions align with technical constraints and opportunities
- Help us mature our creative process without slowing us down
- Translate abstract strategy into concrete artifacts : interfaces, narratives, layouts, motion, and systems
- Establish creative workflows and review practices that balance speed, quality, and rigor
