Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with expertise in ERP implementations within the energy sector, particularly in billing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex revenue processes, multiple labor rates, and experience with parallel runs of accounting systems during ERP implementations.

Additionally, proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce or similar payroll systems is preferred. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between stakeholders across different locations and time zones during ERP projects.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Gather requirements and design solutions with cross-functional teams.

Manage parallel runs of accounting systems for smooth ERP transitions.

Analyze and enhance billing systems for multiple labor rates and revenue processes.

Configure billing modules within ERP to meet business needs.

Manage payroll processes using Ceridian Dayforce or similar systems.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, address concerns, and escalate issues for resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven X years of experience in ERP implementation, particularly in the energy sector.

Strong expertise in billing systems, revenue processes, and Ceridian Dayforce or similar payroll platforms.

Excellent project management skills, adept at leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
