As associate creative director, you're a proven creative who can solve problems in imaginative ways and persuade others with a clear, compelling point of view. You'll not only deliver ideas that nail the brief but also proactively push for new opportunities. You're constantly absorbing culture and industry trends to create work that people talk about.

The Opportunity

• Lead and take ownership of your projects, from ideation through production, while collaborating with all departments.
• Master the fundamentals of your craft and mentor others to produce outstanding work.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients and rally teams around a shared vision.
• Confidently and persuasively pitch ideas, represent our agency in the community, and coach creative teams.
• Consistently deliver and champion bold, effective ideas.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities, keeping an eye on cultural moments, and adapting to challenges to get to the best possible work.
• Actively participate in agency initiatives and mentorship programs.
  
  

What youll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in creative role within an ad agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong art direction and/or copywriting background.
• A passion for continuing to grow your craft, advertising and creation.
• A passion for great work and a genuine desire to impact it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly collaborative and team player.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• A "can-do" attitude no ask is too big or too small for you.
• An entrepreneurial spirit you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table.
• A proactive approach you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there.
