About the Role
We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial, and network-savvy individuals to join us as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on
a 100% commission basis . This is your chance to build a rewarding
career, earn uncapped income , and help businesses solve hiring challenges
in a smarter, more scalable way.
What You’ll Do
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting,
networking, warm and cold leads in assigned markets.
Educate prospects on the destinationone RAASS model and how it solves
traditional recruitment pain points.
Generate qualified leads and close subscription service bundles (monthly
RAASS, executive bundles, hybrid options) and other HR advisory services.
Represent the brand professionally to C-suite, HR leaders, and
small-to-medium business owners.
Track your sales pipeline, follow up, and maintain client relationships
to upsell or cross-sell.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment team to ensure delivery
success.
Attending trade shows to
seek out prospects and represent the company in a professional manner.
