About the RoleWe’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial, and network-savvy individuals to join us as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on a 100% commission basis. What You’ll Do- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, networking, warm and cold leads in assigned markets.
- Educate prospects on the destinationone RAASS model and how it solves traditional recruitment pain points.
- Educate prospects on other HR advisory services we offer.
- Generate qualified leads and close subscription service bundles (monthly RAASS, executive bundles, hybrid options) and other HR advisory services.
- Represent the brand professionally to C-suite, HR leaders, and small-to-medium business owners.
- Track your sales pipeline, follow up, and maintain client relationships to upsell or cross-sell.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment team to ensure delivery success.
- Keep CRM organized and updated on a daily basis.
- Attending trade shows to seek out prospects and represent the company in a professional manner.
