Our SaaS platform injects speed, performance and reliability into insurers’ pricing processes. With teams in 8 global cities and over 320 clients worldwide, we deliver an end‑to‑end solution that automates pricing and reserving at unprecedented speed.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and monitor the infrastructure that builds, tests and releases Akur8 software.
• Provision and manage Akur8’s cloud environments.
• Support platform growth while ensuring Service Level Objectives (SLOs) are met.
• Automate workflows and pipelines to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Improve and maintain CI pipelines (GitHub Actions) and best practices for Docker container management.
• Design, develop and maintain automation using Terraform, AWS CLI, Git, and languages such as Python, Go or other relevant tools.
• Participate in on‑call rotations (once per month).
• Monitor and optimize system reliability using Datadog.
• Promote and apply IT security best practices.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to foster a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Computer Science.
• Strong experience monitoring and maintaining production systems.
• Good knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Significant experience with AWS and Azure.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub and automation workflows.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Go, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
• Motivation, curiosity, teamwork and willingness to learn.
