Nanny Wanted - Kind, Fun Family In La Salle Looking For Child Care Help

Hi! We have two kids, age 2.5 and almost 1. I'm currently on maternity leave but will be going back to work full time January 2023. Our goal is to find someone prior to that time, to get the swing of things. Both my husband and I work long hours out of the house (mostly), and have the goal of maximizing our time with our kids when we're not working. We are very organized and routine oriented people and are hopeful to find someone that shares that thinking. At this point we are very flexible, and more focused on finding the right fit. Our kids are signed up for full time daycare, but if we find someone that we really feel comfortable with - we'd prefer this option. We're considering a few hours a day of 'fill in time' before or after school OR multiple days a week. Help with meal prep (I'm very organized and we have a large, cook friendly kitchen), basic kid clothing laundry would be extras we would also appreciate someone taking on. We are a non smoking, pet free home. We also have a cleaning person who cleans bi-weekly. A little about our kids...Elliot and Remi mean the world to us and we hope to find someone who enjoys them like we do : ) They are on very solid eating and sleeping schedules and really thriving.
