About the Role

This is an exciting opportunityfor an experiencedPropertyProfessionaltocontributetotheABCs Sydney Metro propertyportfolioa diverse and dynamic environment that supports Australias national broadcaster every services and tenantrelationshipswhilst supporting the Sydney facilitiesteamensuringour buildingsare safe sustainable and aligned withABCscorporate strategy.

Your day-to-day will include :

Management of all soft services and contractors including but not limitedto cleaning waste and recycling pest control plants and grease trap services.

Managing allday-to-daytenant related matters ensuringhigh levelof customer service tenant satisfaction

Lead the coordination and planning of Emergency Response Training Chief Warden training and building evacuations for ABC staff and tenants

Support asrequiredforthe coordinationof planned and unplanned maintenance of all building services and minor works projects.

Oversee the on-site carparking Endof Trip facilities including bike cage & lockers communal hubs amenities internal events storage areas plantsgardensand amenities

Processing work orders quotations and invoicesmaintainingaccuraterecordsand supporting financial reporting.

Effectivelymanage the supply of building related consumables.

About You

Youarehighlyorganizedproactive andworkwell under limited direction. You thrive in afast-pacedenvironment and are comfortable scale environmentsandenjoy building and fostering relationships.

Your skills and experience include :

Experience in thedelivery of property services in a large-scale commercial / retailenvironment desirable from various disciplines such asFacilitiesManagement Property Management Project Management or Workplace

Relevant tertiary qualifications ordemonstratedequivalent skillsknowledgeand experience.

Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all levels of people with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management

High-level computer literacy withproficiencyin SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.

A proactivesolution-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to improving how things get done.

Additional Requirements :

Ability to workintheoffice for4 days with 1-day WFH.

Support with on-calland after hoursworks(asrequiredand perthe Enterprise Agreement)

Ability to travel to Parramattaoffice(asrequired)
