Our consumer transportation client is seeking a Junior Business Analyst (1–3 years) to support IT Performance & Observability using Microsoft ()

Contribute to high-visibility IT Performance & Observability initiatives on a long-term program. You will provide hands-on analytical and documentation support by collecting, validating, and organizing information from multiple stakeholders and systems alongside a Senior Business Analyst. This hybrid Calgary role offers early-career exposure to strategic IT work with clear ownership of tactical analysis, documentation, and reporting through April 30, .

Must Haves

• 1–3 years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Data Analysis
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps
• Experience documenting requirements, business processes, and workflows
• Experience supporting IT, Technology, or Digital Transformation initiatives

Nice to Have

• Exposure to IT operations, observability, monitoring, service management, or event management environments
• Demonstrated ability in information collection, organization, and documentation from multiple sources

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate information from multiple business and technical stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation, analysis artifacts, requirements documents, and status trackers
• Support data analysis and identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information
• Document business processes, technical inputs, findings, decisions, risks, and action items
• Assist with requirements elicitation, documentation, and traceability
• Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards, and materials for stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely completion of information requests
