Environmental Services Manager

We are partnering with a wonderful, Critical Access Hospital seeking an experienced Environmental Services Manager to lead a dedicated team during an exciting time of growth and change!
The ideal candidate is an engaged, approachable leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside their team, and lead by example!
A Few Highlights:
- Lead and support an established Environmental Services team of approximately 35 employees, with anticipated growth
- Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, linen services, and environmental cleanliness across the hospital and outpatient clinics
- Evaluate and improve staffing schedules, workflows, and departmental efficiencies
- Foster a positive, accountable team culture through hands-on leadership, coaching, and employee development
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, patient safety, and overall patient experience
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 3+ years of housekeeping/custodial experience, preferably in acute care
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Healthcare EVS experience, strongly preferred; CHESP certification highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- A hands-on, people-focused leader who values teamwork, accountability, and patient care
