Cardinal Health is seeking a senior IT Service Delivery and Field Services leader to oversee end-user computing, remote hands services, and Tier 1-3 support across multi-site healthcare environments.

The role partners with clinical and business leaders to drive adoption of new IT services and automated workflows while advancing ITIL maturity. Occasional travel and 24x7 escalation support are required.
