Elder Care Provider Wanted - Caring Elder Care Provider Needed In Mississauga Earn $28/Hour

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced elder care provider to assist our parents, both age 76, in their home in Mississauga. Both parents have mobility challenges. Our mother has significant vision impairment and will be starting dialysis treatments in the near future. We are looking for someone who can provide practical support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to help them remain comfortable and independent in their home. Responsibilities Meal planning and preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders and support with medication management Assistance with mobility and daily activities as needed Grocery shopping and light errands Transportation to appointments (an asset but not required) Companionship and social engagement Monitoring overall well-being and communicating any concerns to family members Qualifications Experience providing care for seniors or individuals with mobility limitations Patient, caring, and dependable personality Experience supporting individuals with vision impairment is an asset Knowledge of dialysis care and post-treatment support is an asset First Aid/CPR certification is preferred References from previous caregiving positions required Schedule Part-time, live-out position Approximately 3 days per week Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or similar daytime schedule) Potential for additional hours in the future as care needs evolve Compensation Competitive pay, starting at $28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
