Production Support - Mainframe

We are hiring for a Mainframe Production Support Analyst COBOL, JCL & DB2

This role focuses on supporting and maintaining critical mainframe applications for banking services.
The ideal candidate has hands-on production support experience, strong mainframe expertise, and experience with on-call rotations.

What you bring

• Post-secondary education

• Experience in mainframe production support and on-call rotations

• Strong background in software maintenance, particularly mainframe systems

• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, IMS (DB/Online/Batch), DB2, and MQSeries

• Experience with Git, Endevor, and Zeke

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What you'll do

• Maintain, develop, test, deploy, and support mainframe applications

• Lead conversion, attestation, and audit initiatives

• Analyze business and technical requirements and provide estimates

• Manage priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with IT teams and business partners

• Provide after-hours production support when required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of z/OS Connect, IDz, zUnit, and test automation

• Experience with mainframe CI/CD pipelines
