Recruitment Process Human Resources Advisor

Strengthen Lovo’s recruitment processes as a Human Resources Advisor, coordinating hiring workflows, ATS optimization, and candidate follow-ups.

In this Human Resources Advisor role, you will coordinate recruitment stages while maintaining accurate tracking data and tools. You will prepare employment documentation, support onboarding and departures, and help improve talent acquisition processes. The position also provides first-level HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure follow-ups for new hires and departures
• Coordinate interviews, checks, and recruitment communications
• Maintain accurate statistics and tracking tables
• Optimize ATS use and recruitment processes
• Prepare offers, contracts, and employment letters

Requirements:

• Two to five years of relevant professional experience
• Experience managing complete recruitment cycles
• Applicant Tracking System experience is an asset
• Microsoft 365 proficiency
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks
