Strategic Development Program Trainee

Develop business expertise through EMCO’s four-phased Strategic Development Program, covering operations, customer service, sales, and leadership development.

This trainee program progresses through shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and related business functions. You will build customer and vendor relationships, develop business opportunities, and support teams through coaching and mentoring. The program also emphasizes procurement, customer problem solving, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn shipping, receiving, warehousing, and counter support procedures
• Solve customer problems and build vendor relationships
• Source sales and expand the customer base
• Develop customer partnerships through account management
• Coach teams while supporting operational vision and strategy

Requirements:

• College or university degree
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and high integrity
• Microsoft Office proficiency and communication skills
