Florida Licensed RN Performance Specialist

To support clinical quality improvement efforts, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Performance Specialist will conduct clinical file assessments, participate in developing review tools, and ensure compliance with performance standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical file assessments to evaluate adherence to required clinical standards Participate in the development and review of clinical review tools for performance evaluation Engage in meetings to discuss findings and recommend areas for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of clinical experience 3+ years of experience in a clinical environment (inpatient or outpatient) 1+ year of experience in Managed Care preferred Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs preferred Active RN license or equivalent clinical license required
