Pharmaceutical Packaging Technician I

Pharmaceutical packaging equipment and GMP sanitation define this Technician I opportunity, with filling, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting responsibilities.

This Technician I position supports pharmaceutical manufacturing through equipment cleaning, packaging operations, and compliant documentation. You will wash product contact parts, sanitize GMP areas, stage components, and operate filling units or cartoners as required. The work includes SOP adherence, cGMP compliance, and participation in investigations and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize filling and compounding equipment parts
• Clean GMP areas according to applicable SOPs
• Operate filling units and cartoners as required
• Perform line changeovers, setup, and troubleshooting
• Complete cleaning, batch, and GMP documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and packaging equipment experience preferred
• English communication skills required
• Working knowledge of SOPs and cGMP preferred
